Wow! Congratulations go to our very own Michael Campion for winning the 1st prize of $15,000 in the Anacortes 2011 Salmon Derby. He caught his King salmon on the first day of the derby, Saturday, March 26th.  It weighed in at 18.96 lbs. Second prize winner of $5,000 was Patrick Barton with his fish weighing 18.74 lbs. and  $2,500 went to Brett Engholm as third prize winner. His salmon weighed in at 18.44 lbs. Click on the link below for more information and photos of the derby.
