Single-family resales up by 3.2% over 2008!

Dusk is now falling upon us this Thursday, December 17, 2009 in Bellingham, WA. It won't be long before days will lengthen and we'll be driving home in daylight!

New statistics from First American Title show that for the first time in 2009 single-family resales are up by 3.2 percent over last year's figures. Residential new construction sales are up from last month by 70 percent, but still down by 59.3 percent from November 2008.

 
It is encouraging to see the new construction sales soar  in just one month's time....hopefully, this new-home buying trend will continue!
