Highlights from NAR on Extended Tax Credit

The weather is cold, clear and beautiful this Tuesday, December 08, 2009 in Bellingham, WA. The radio reported possible snow showers Friday evening...hopefully, late evening, so it doesn't snarl traffic while we travel home from work.

Recent and welcome news to all was the extension of the Homebuyer Tax Credit. This credit has been expanded to include homeowners who have lived in their homes for five out of the previous eight years. Changes and commonly asked questions have been addressed and highlighted by the National Association of REALTORS® in the following online documents.
